Rebecca N. DuBack

Rebecca DuBack practices in the areas of criminal defense and habeas corpus law. She is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Connecticut and in the courts of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe.

Rebecca joined the firm in October 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced in the areas of corporate law, business organizations, real estate, civil litigation, and criminal law. During law school, she served as an executive editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law, and she worked in the Connecticut Urban Legal Initiative, Inc. clinic, providing legal advice to the Greater Hartford community. She also received a CALI Excellence Award for her legal profession coursework. After graduation, Rebecca served as the judicial clerk for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court, which decided matters in all areas of tribal law, including criminal, family, personal injury, probate, and housing law.

Rebecca received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2019 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, with a minor in linguistics and a concentration in psycholinguistics, from the University of Connecticut in 2016.
